本文通过对当前适航审查过程中出现的难点进行分析，提出了基于审查任务模型的审查分类分级方 法，实现了各类不同适航审查数据层级结构化管理，形成清晰可见、可跟踪的、完整的审查证据链。此方法目 前已经在一些项目上初步应用并有效解决了初期在机载系统和设备在审查过程中的难点，有效地支持适航审查 能力提升，促进适航审查相关方构建形成多层级化的标准跟踪和管理能力。此方法后续也在多个型号项目审查 过程中实现了同一审查数据和结论的复用和迭代，有效帮助审查部门提升适航审查效率的同时也给机载相关单 位提供了一定数据积累，从而促进其更好的正确理解并贯彻审查方的适航审查要求，为促进国家的航空产业链 更好发展添砖加瓦。
By analyzing the difficulties in the current airworthiness review process, a review classification and grading method is proposed based on the review task model. This method implements the review data management and forms a clearly visible, traceable and complete review evidence chain. It has been applied in the review work of the aircraft system and equipment and helps the review department to improve airworthiness review capabilities effectively and form multi-level standard tracking and management capabilities. It also implements the reuse of the same review conclusions in different type certifications, which improves the efficiency of review department. It not only provides system and equipment suppliers with a certain amount of airworthiness data, but also helps understand and perform the certification requirements which contribute better development of the domestic aviation industry chain.
